The Department of Communication, Informatics, Statistics, and Encryption of Tanah Bumbu Regency provides Beraksi Smart Services as a free public digital service.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using this application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

• User account registration using a full name and email address.
• Submission of public reports or complaints through the reporting feature.
• Access to official digital services of the Tanah Bumbu Regency Government.
• Delivery of information, news, and updates from local government services.

When you register and use the service, we may store your full name, email address, report or complaint data, and application usage activity to manage your account and improve service quality.

We do not use registration data for marketing or irrelevant third-party analytics outside public service delivery.

When you use the reporting feature, information such as report titles, report content, attachments, conversation history, and follow-up status will be stored so authorized officers can process it.

Report data is used only for complaint handling and follow-up on public services.

• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration and service usage.
• Do not use the service for unlawful purposes or actions that harm others.
• Do not submit offensive, harmful, misleading, or inappropriate content.
• Maintain account confidentiality and do not share access with others.

Some application distribution functions or supporting features may use third-party services. Those channels may have their own privacy policies.

Beraksi uses encrypted connections (HTTPS) to help protect data transmitted between your device and our servers. However, no transmission or storage system is entirely secure and reliable.

Some Beraksi menus may direct you to official websites of related agencies or regional offices. When you enter those services, data processing follows the policies and system management of the relevant agency.

This service is not intended for children under the age of 13. If we discover that personal data belonging to a child under that age has been stored in the system, the data will be deleted immediately.

All content within Beraksi Smart Services, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, belongs to the Government of Tanah Bumbu Regency and is protected by applicable law. Unauthorized use is not permitted.
